Inspections  

 

A full inspection usually consists of  inspecting fluid levels, battery condition, exhaust system, air inlet piping, and belts and hoses as well as checking for leaks and broken parts.

 

We then run the generators to determine the pressure, airflow, temperature, circulation and condition, noises, vibrations and charging system output. The unit is then examined based on the manufacturer’s specifications – voltage, frequency, and greasing the generator end bearing.

 

Our team is dedicated to client satisfaction. By going on-site, our technicians can address any issues your generator is having and hopefully repair the unit the same day. If parts are needed, you can be assured that they will be top quality and shipped with the utmost speed in order to minimize the impact on your daily operations.

 

 

Maintenance

Because of the durability of diesel engines, most maintenance

is preventive in nature. Preventive diesel engine maintenance consists of the following operations:

• General inspection

• Lubrication service

• Cooling system service

• Fuel system service

• Servicing and testing starting batteries

• Regular engine exercise

It is generally a good idea to establish and adhere to a schedule of maintenance and service based on the specific power application and the severity of the

environment.
